Manufacturing Capabilities
5-Axis CNC Machining
Complex multi-axis machining up to 787" travel. Handtmann, Bray, and Haas centers running aluminum, titanium, and exotic alloys at up to 30,000 RPM.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
350-ton hydraulic press with hot joggle, CNC press brakes, tube bending, hydroforming, and cold/hot aluminum and titanium forming.
Large Format Machining
Bray BRAXL FC 20000 — 787" x 157" x 49" travel. One of the largest CNC platforms available for aircraft structural components.
Assembly & Integration
Large complex assemblies, design-build programs, kitting, VOI/VMI inventory management, TIG/MIG welding, and full delivery tracking.
