Current Opportunities
CNC Machinist — 5-Axis
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers (Haas UMC, Handtmann HBZ) to manufacture complex aerospace components. Must be able to read blueprints and GD&T. Experience with CATIA V5 or Siemens NX a plus.
Sheet Metal Fabricator
Perform hot and cold forming, CNC press brake operation, hydroforming, and rolling on aerospace-grade aluminum and titanium sheet stock. Knowledge of AS9100D quality requirements preferred.
Quality Inspector
Perform dimensional inspection using CMM (PC-DMIS), FARO arm, and conventional measuring instruments. Review documentation for AS9100D and Boeing DPD/MBD compliance. Experience with first article inspections required.
CNC Programmer
Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs using CATIA V5, Siemens NX, and Vericut simulation. Work with engineering and shop floor to optimize toolpaths for complex multi-axis aerospace components.
